I know, I know... throw tomatoes at me for even thinking about adding another to the mix... Razz

but seriously--what is the process involved? can anyone set up shop? what official licences do you need to be a recruiter in Korea? legally, I mean--I'm sure there are plenty in operation that would not stand up to any kind of check.
