So I am looking into going on vacation on the last week of July. My first choice was Boracay, philippines but I hear it is monsoon season. Then I realized everywhere in East Pacific is rainy season. I don't know what to do!! I really want to go on vacation somewhere around this area. Some place beachy but is that going to be hard to find? Any ideas??

Vietnam. Mui Ne Beach a few hours North of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) by bus. Expensive to cheap accommodation. Good food. Nice beach. A few things to see. Not sure what it will be like this time of year, both times I went to Vietnam it was December.

Bali can be good, if you get away from the more popular areas, like to Amed. But yeah, expect rain.
