I have been working in an after school program in Cheongju and travelled to get my visa placed in my passport in late May. I submitted my number to the official in Fukuoka and was told I had to go to Guam or elsewhere in The United States to get the visa.

I returned to Korea to resume work and scheduled a trip to Guam that was supposed to leave this week. It's not leaving this week because I got canned without notice on Friday for failing a TPBE screen. ( The school and a recruiter by the name of ASN were both aware of this before I took the job. Immigration was aware of this as they issued a visa number. )

The drugs I take are used in combination with an Advair inhaler to control my asthma. This is why I tested positive. What can I do here? What would you reccommend that I do? What to make of the visa number that I was issued, but have yet to use? ( Will this be a problem if I attempt to submit my docs elsewhere?

I'm in need of advice at the moment so please contact me ASAP. Thank You in advance!

Check facebook for the ASN group. Ill be removing my wall posts from that group soon, as I just now won my case in Korean labor court against them, and I prefer to avoid slander and libel laws. Anyways my advice to you is avoid them like the plague. Find another job you can do better.

Thanks for the advice. I only just signed up for Facebook and did a quick search for ASN using search by company and search by name. Nothing came up. Please let me know how to find this facebook page!

Just search ASN International, on the search bar up top. If you cant find it with that I can invite you if you send me your email. Best of luck in Korea man.
