So, the boss decides to give me a notice of termination......actually, no notice...just go.
No pay, either.
I mention we have to go to immigration (I'm recording the entire conversation as well.............asking him why he felt he needed to threaten my life two days before?)
Threats of kicking me out of the apartment......empy promises of paying me AFTER the visa is cancelled. ....oh boy.
So, on our way to immigration we have to go get my passport at the apartment. I get out and say "I'm not going to immigration until I get paid".
Now, I'm on a six month contract. I've finished three months of it.........am I entitled to 30 days worth of pay if I am to be terminated immediately? Oh and the guy is definitely not following contract protocal. It says that in case of drama, two warnings are issued, with each having two weeks to remedy the situation. I've received no such warnings as I've been doing a pretty good job.
Anyone got the skinny on that?
So, I"m holding up until I get paid.
