Anyone ever hear of this hagwon? I was able to find info on Taejon/Daejon but nothing specific to this school.

Also anyone have any experience in Jeju?

I'm a pre-newbie looking for adults and single accomodations, is this an impossibility. I was looking at Busan but now feel like Seoul or Jeju would be my preference as I've heard Busan can be a little to Korean (?).

Thanks to all who advise.

I don't know anything about the specific school, but it's definitely possible to get a job teaching adults with single accomodation fresh out of the gate- I did.

Some people say Seoul is the best place, and everywhere else is too Korean, but think about it- you are coming to a new country after all. I've lived in both smaller towns and Seoul, and I prefered the smaller town. I find that people(both Korean and foreign) are friendlier here, and there's more opportunities to experience the culture.

If you're concerned that Busan is 'too Korean', then you're not going to be able to handle Daejeon.

Just a word of advice, there's no way to marginalize the culture, no matter where you are. This is an Asian country. You're just going to have learn to cope. Most teachers come here for money first, and culture a distant second or third, but what they find when they get here is the unanticipated strength of the culture that forces its way into their lives.

Just something to keep in mind.

I prefer Busan myself. It has the beaches, and better weather all year round. Getting around is faster. You are also very close to many islands. On the flip side, when I was looking at job offers, all the Busan jobs seemed to pay less.
