What do you guys do when it rains on the weekend?

My friends and I were going to go climb a mountain but both days seems to say thunderstorms on weather.com Sad

What else is there to do around Seoul when it rains? Besides shopping in indoor malls like COEX and stuff. Need to figure out new plans ><

Good time to hunt down one of those dr. fish places.

Drag Me To Hell is playing, too.

There is a good language exchange that runs in Shincheon on Sat and Sun afternoon from 3-6.

What's Dr. fish?

Drag Me To Hell--> Is this a horror movie? I can't watch horror ;_; afraid to look it up and see the pictures >_>

:[ I quit going to the free Korean language classes.. I'm leaving soon with no real chance to study Korean in the next 2 years (will be dead in grad school). Good idea though!

dr fish are little fish that eat dead skin off your body. It's kinda fun, and tickles Smile

You could put on rain gear and go hiking anyway Smile

You could go to an aquarium (COEX or 63 bldg)

stand outside and see how long it takes for all of your hair to fall out from the acid rain?

seriously though, when it rains I usually find a nice porch at a coffee shop and read

lol I'll ask my friends if they want to try the dr. fish stuff~

but hiking during a thunderstorm? I'd be more up for it if I had the whole ajumma/ajoushi hiking gear with a stick. We were going to go to Achasan which doesn't seem too bad.. Last time we went to Inwangsan which turned out to be kinda scary (scared of heights XD). Lots of slipping involved and going down by taking a path that probably isn't used anymore (tons of dirt/pebbles/shrubbery) if there's anything like that at Achasan along with the thunderstorm, I'd probably do more than just slip and land on my butt >_>

Gone to the aquarium >< 63 building wouldn't be that great during the rain right? Sad

Just trying to figure out if there's anything else 'special' to do while I'm here. My friend and I are leaving in a few months so there aren't many weekends left >< I have about a total of 5 weekends left with my friends (some are going to Taiwan for vacation).. makes me sad!
