I found this useful paper about discrimination in Korea and consider it a must read for those who really want to know what's happening in Korea, and why the situation is the way it is, and perhaps even what you can do about it. It outlines some basic rights of foreigners protected by the constitution at the end and why and how they are currently being violoated. Anyway, it was an interesting read so check it out.

^ So that your response not ring gratuitous, perhaps you could elaborate.
