I'm interested in finding a university job in Seoul. I see that some schools have been hiring for March, but when do they usually recruit for the fall?

| Our university is going to start adverstising in late April/early May. From what I've seen, most universities start around May/June and go until the end of July. |

The school year for most universities starts March 1 or there-abouts and runs to the end of the next Feb. Fall positions generally open up at the beginning of Sept., but they start advertising those jobs as early as the middle of June. So, keep an eye out here on Dave's.
However, like at home, the best way to find a university opening is through networking. Find some schools you're interested in and start contacting them early and often.
