I was thinking breakingnewsenglish.com and BBCs Learning English site, but maybe there's something better?
CNN with subtitles and explanations?
My students want to study outside of class, too. Need more listening practice...
Thanks! |

I have collected a lot of my own and others stuff here on our Listening Page . Try the karaoke also, we forget that music is "listening" in language learning. I'd also recommend the Story page. Some great audio books there from Storyline. You can listen as a celebrity reads to you...
It would take toooooo long to relate all the Listening sites in my head. Randall's Cyber Cafe, Breaking news english, Real English, Voxopop, Voicethread, Tarheel Reader, Elllo etc...... Go to our Listening Links for a complete gander...
Happy Listening,
DD
