Anyone have any experience getting these?
Is there a limit? What about the cost/fees? What is the best place to get these? I'm assuming a bank, but which one?

Im going to the Philippines, so I want to have a way to take some cash over.
Cool
THANKS!

US Travelers checks are really expensive to get from Korea from what I've heard. If you are going to the Philippines, you are going to want Peso which you can exchange at the airport in Manilla. I took $1500 cash and exchanged my money. The place that I stayed had safety deposit boxes for guests and I left most of my money there (along with my debitcard for back up) taking only what I needed. If you did this you'd only essentially means you'd be caring cash to Incheon and then your hotel. Just a thought.
