Enjoying Korea really depends on how well you are able to figure out what things go well together...especially when eating.

Get it wrong and you're in for a mouthful of yuck or a real bad time.

Gettin it wrong:

Popular east coast beaches and summer vacation - a crowded stress head ache and pointlessly expensive.

Pizza and corn - blah

Get it right and you're lovin life in the land of Han.

Gettin it right:

Kim and rice....is so nice. Throw in a little tuna and I'm in heaven, better than cheese on toast.

Beaches and mud....yup, worth every muddy minute. Most people say the west coast beaches aren't as good because they are muddy...hogwash. Less people, mud fights, great clam and shrimp barbies, amazing tides and even a few nice beaches. The Mud Festival in Boryeong is one of the coolest events going in Korea.

Continue with your do's and don't's, the good and the bad, the combinations that work in Korea.
