So with just a little over two months left to go before many teachers leave for home I've collected quit a bit of data on checkout procedures and was hoping one of you pros could give us the break down on what we should be doing, should have done, and need to prepare to do before we leave/our contract ends.
I remember something about getting pension money back from the school system and I'm still a little confused about whether or not I get any extra cash for not taking a flight home (stayin' local for a bit after I'm done). |

Well, I am out of here on September 1. There isn't much for me to do.
- Vacation: First week in August - Trip to the US -- drop off dog and winter clothes
- Visit Pension Office: show ticket out and fill out paperwork for lump-sum refund
- Collect Cash: final pay, severance, airfare
- Wire Transfer: send cash to bank account elsewhere
- Hand in ARC: at airport
There isn't much to it ... |
