| Tell them to contact LEI at Seoul National. They have proofreading services. Given the quality of the initial draft, they can probably plan on paying 20-30 thousand per page. Just a guess. |

PR, thank you for the info. I had forgotten about the editing service provided
from ELI, though I have a feeling that they may reject the paper on grounds
of sheer incomprehensibility. |
