EDIT : Added
Bloddy hell they dont pay? Find a different job then read this post.
My advice to you, check the risk, then decide.
A: If you book now you have to pay the cancellation fees, or the whole ticket if something changes. They save money if all goes well.
B: If you buy it after visa approval then you pay more up front, but if they mess up or the job falls through you pay nothing..
Worst case scenario the school turns out to be crap.
Option A you have an incentive to leave early and pay less out of pocket
Option B Stick it out for six months and while you are getting paid look for a new job.
The choice is yours, risk now, later, or never.
My advice is to wait until after the visa is approved,.
The price only matters to them as you should not pay for the ticket anyway.
My recruiter tried the same crap and I was having none of it.
Im also booking with Korean Air. It is not he cheapest and the contract says nothing about the expense only how direct the flight is.
I am also supporting Korean interests by utilizing a national airline. Hehe
Also the major American carries have cut back on service to the point its not worth flying with them anymore. |
