Hello. We at SCPSRC are a new, unique, official, and exclusive entity, working directly under and in conjunction with the highest levels of the Korean Ministry of Education. Our mandate is to fill vacancies solely for Seoul City and Kyunggi province public schools, K-12. Note however that there is no 12th year of high school; Korean students only attend three years of high school. Seoul and adjacent Kyunggi province are by far the two most populated areas in Korea and one can say without question are the "heart" of modern Korea.

SCPSRC will boldly open a new era in English education in Korea. We will be religiously dedicated to both to OUR foreign English teachers as well as our own extremely high standards of English instruction. We are fundamentally different from an agency!! We SOLEMNLY and IRREVOCABLY vow to ALWAYS be there for you, the teacher, from the moment you step foot on the school grounds till the moment of your contract expiration. To that end, we will soon be setting up an office EXCLUSIVELY dedicated to OUR foreign English teachers - their complaints, issues, problems, even offering potential intermediary negotiations between school and teacher in necessary cases, etc., etc......The new office will be a sort of one-stop service center for all the needs of OUR teachers and to them we will unfailingly cater. This type of service is UNPRECEDENTED NOT ONLY IN KOREA, BUT, ARGUABLY, IN THE WORLD!! While various Korean governments have set up similar offices for major foreign investors and multi-national corporations, NOTHING OF THE SORT HAS EVER EXSITED OR CURRENTLY EXISTS FOR FOREIGN ENGLISH TEACHERS!! That is, until now.

In exchange for this unprecedented care and support of OUR teachers, we will expect the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST standards of professionalism from them. Problematic teachers and problematic behavior will immediately, effectively, and comprehensively be dealt with and any and all unacceptable behavior such as a lack of professionalism, insincerity, excessive tardiness, disrespectful manner to colleagues, inappropriate relations with students, etc., etc.will not be tolerated, period.

Simply, SCPSRCS goal is that OUR teachers will quickly become the NEW BENCHMARK by which all foreign English teachers in Korea will be judged and measured a winning
proposition for all involved foreign teachers, students, education authorities, the public school system, Korean public school teachers, parents, hard-working, honest, Korean tax payers, not to mention egalitarianism. We seek, ONCE AND FOR ALL, TO BREAK THE BACK of ineffective English instruction while, simultaneously, DETERMINEDLY AND SYSTEMATICALLY SEEKING TO CRUSH the ridiculously exorbitant, deeply unfair, deeply inequitable burden placed on hapless Korean parents because of the all too common, well known, surreal national obsession with insanely priced, alternative, private education methods!! So we say LOUDLY to you - Be a part of the New English Education Paradigm in Korea by joining us and taking on the challenge of doing and being your ABSOLUTE BEST in the furtherance of effective, meaningful English education, of creating a better, fairer society, and of finally making come to fruition long overdue justice and relief for the common people of Korea!!

So basically nothing has been set up and they are still hiring anyone with a heartbeat and a Bachelor's degree. Of course they still expect unflinching professionalism and maturity. LOL.

Tell them to get back to us when they only hire BEd/MEd or TESOL majors with certification from their home countries and experience. Otherwise, this is just hot air. Again, putting the cart before the horse.

Actually, the tone resembles that of a Nigerian Phishing scam.
