호색하다 (ho sack ha da) - means sensual, lascivious, lewd, lustful, erotic. It you'e thinking at getting a "ho" in the "sack" then you're probably having these kind of thoughts.

구더기 (goo doggy) - means a maggot. Think of a dead "doggy", with its internal organs rotting away into "goo". That's where you'll find a maggot.

유린 (yu-rin) - means violation, infringement, trampling down, outrage. If someone has trampled over your rights or violated you in some way, it's kind of like they "urin"ated on you.

고고학 (go-go hak) - means archaeology. As we all know, after a busy day in the field, there's nothing a bunch of archaeologists like to do more than don a few beers and watch the go go girls dancing on the table.

Doors: 당기세오 sounds like Donkey. You never want to push a donkey. You PULL a donkey.

Orange on the right, win on the left. This just sticks to me.

I used to remember 공산주의 (kong-san-ju-wi, communism) by thinking of a big ball(공) mountain(산) - the kind you might see outside some communist factory which is producing sports balls to fill central government production quotas rather simply producing for the market.

The silliest one that I have floating around in my head is the word for pond.

Yon(der) moat (연못) looks like a pond.

Yea, silly but it's stuck in my head for the last sixteen years.

I've used that one too.

I've just this moment discovered another useful word - 비굴하다 (bi-gul-ha-da), which means subserviant, obsequious and kind of weasley. Just think of a snivelling, cowering little beagle. Smile
