Since Monday, I've worked on the remaining 80% of summer camp lesson plans which need to be ready by June 30th.

I spent most of last night doing this, and because classes were cancelled, I have spent all day today on them.

I have effectively done 16 lesson plans, made materials for some of them, I've also just completed 4 lesson plans and materials for the after school classes next week.

I knew I would get it done, but not this efficiently. I have been working virtually non-stop since Thursday evening. I had about 3/4 hours sleep last night.

This means, I will submit everything to my co-teacher in good time and I will not have any school work to do this weekend.

I was miffed to find out I will have to attend a field trip or 2 during summer camp. At least I'll have another native to talk to, we won't stay overnight, and we should get paid for it too. Laughing

Fortunately my co-teachers speak English well enough to make good company.
i've been the only foreign teacher at my school for 3 years now -and have never felt the need to work alongside another native again.

LOL. Which means that the OP has provided their Korean counterpart and any teachers she knows in the entire country with a nice stack of materials for their portfolios.

There is no shame here when it comes to copying class materials and lesson plans, no matter the level of instruction. It's a team sport.
