One great tool I've used to familiarize myself with Korea and any other place is googlemaps dot com. I fire up the satellite views and zoom in and out as I please. I've never checked, but perhaps one could even see Kim Jung Il's rockets sitting on the pads using this. You can take an overhead tour of PyongYang and never leave your apartment.
