The plastic bags you buy for smaller waste don't cover it.

I don't see any dumpsters around.

I could just leave it on the side of the road late at night but...

For furniture you go to your dong office to get a disposal certificate. The certificate is affixed to the item to be disposed. Failure to have the certificate will result in a fine if caught and the trash guys won't take it without one.
