I have had to leave to Canada for personal reasons and am renting out my apartment immediately until Aug 26th upon which I return. My girlfriend will be in charge of finding a person to occupy it.
I have a spacious room available in a 3 bdrm place with all necessities you could need. Bed, internet, TV, balcony, rooftop with bbq, western style bathroom with tub, washing machine, tons of indoor and outdoor plants. Basically, the place is pretty nice, clean and well taken care of.
Rent: 450,000won + 1/2 bills / month
Location: Just up the road from Kobawoo in Haebangchon, about 5 min away from Itaewon.
