Yes, you can exchange Won for Baht at numerous exchange counters in Incheon.

They accept cash, that's no problem, and I believe what most people do. I've actually never tried to do it with checks though, but I assume it wouldn't be a problem.

I'm not certain, but it may be better if you have an international-debit card from your Korean bank, to just withdraw from an ATM at the airport in Thailand that you're flying through. A bit better rates, sans the ATM fee.

Yeah they do. Rather do it here before you leave than to have to rush and sort it out once you get there. That way you can start spending as soon as you arrive. Smile

DO NOT DEPEND ON A KOREAN ATM CARD OF ANY TYPE OR FLAVOR FOR YOUR OVERSEAS NEEDS !!!

Occasionally they will work but many more than a few times there have been people come on here crying for help because their Korean ATM wouldn't work outside of the country (in spite of what the bank clerk tells you).

The exchange rates at the Incheon airport are THE SAME AS the similar branded bank in the city.
