I was knocking around on various ESL song sites yesterday, just to get an idea of the type of things teachers in Korea use when they do songs in class. I have to admit, I'm not overly interested or confident in using them too often when I come out to teach but I suppose it helps to have a few to pull out at various times.
Then out shopping today I heard some little girl singing 'Never smile at a crocodile' and it struck me that that might be a great song to use at some point because it's fun and catchy.
I've been knocking up a powerpoint introduction to me to use on my introduction lesson (I'll be working at a PS) and thought this song might be a fun way to kick things off before that. But my main concern, when I got home and listened to the song in full, was the language level.
So, do you think it's way too high for, say, middle or even high schoolers? (Not sure what level I'll be teaching yet.)

| Only smile while he or she is eating you. Might as well. |
