| What's their customer service number? Isn't it 100?? I tried a billion times on my cellphone...didn't hear any options for English so kept pressing random numbers which lead to nowhere. I even tried just holding and not pressing any numbers, then it automatically disconnected. I'm getting peeved here....How can I get ahold of them?? |

I think their English number has been disconnected. It worked a month or two ago, but I looked everywhere for it last week, and asked a couple of operators, but was told it didn't exist. I eventually gave up and did it all in Korean. |

i tried that number up there and it isnt working. i also tried to find just any service number and can't. i looked on the back of my bill and all it has is a number you can pay the bill with.

| Haha, I almost went insane, about two months ago, trying to find their number. It's definitely not on the bill. If it's on their website, I don't know where. In the end I worked out the problem myself, but I was literally ranting and beating my chest and pulling my hair at one point. |

Hi There,
Are you set up with KT broadband?
I am just asking because KT tends to put the broadband service people's numbers on the modem on a business card. If there is connection or modem trouble you may want to contact them somehow.
Here is an english website in case you didn't have it.

Otherwise you might get some luck at one of these website numbers. I hope they eventually assist you.

| I have the broadband and I need to cancel after this month so I guess I would call the call center? |
