Is this on in any bars/pubs in Seoul? There must be an Aussie bar somewhere that will show it.
Many thanks in advance.
ps For those who are not aware its a cricket series between England and Australia, starts in July. |

| I highly doubt it. Let us know if you find somewhere though. |

Why not send Tony at Tony's Aussie Bar & Bistro an email? [email protected] http://tonysitaewon.com/
He's not advertising it at the moment, and I know he has other commitments to honour too, but he may show it in between the various football codes and open mic nights if enough people want it. For those who like Guinness he apparently has (or will have very soon) it on tap for 6,000won.
As for other ideas, how about the Kings Tap in Sinchon? That's the only Brit themed pub I know of. http://kingstap.co.kr/ The website is mostly in Korean, but even then I couldn't see anything about the Ashes in July, so maybe send them an email? Syd n Mel is another Aussie themed pub in Itaewon but I've never been in there. |

The problem which I fear may be an insurmountable one here - for watching it live at least - is finding a broadcast of the Ashes matches which is accessible in Korea. I'd love to stand corrected if I'm wrong, but I don't think there is one.
You can get the highlights from torrent downloads. |

Yup, had no luck finding live cricket in Korea. You may stand a chance with the upcoming 20/20 world cup, maybe a place has the feed and can you persuade them to switch over for a couple of hours for the big games... But with a test match - it's pretty hard to interrupt the regular schedule for 5 days at a time.
Even better than highlights from torrents, look into live streaming, the quality of the feed may vary...but there is some good quality out there! |

| They're putting him in an urn? I thought he'd be buried in the National Cemetary alongside all the other former Presidents. |

I am going to look into this, I know P2P will have it, and as for highlights, of a test match? the beauty is watching 8 hours not 60 minutes. I'll find an Aussie bar somewhere and let you know, I reckon Scrooge pub might be a good bet...
cheers |

| You can also try www.ooxtv.com. They show most matches throughout the year. The media player links are pay but the p2p links are normally free. |

Phillies in Haebangchon showed a lot of the SAF v AUS test series a few months back. That was in a simliar (same?) timezone as the UK.
You just have to go in and ask at the bar. If there is no other sporting match on, they're usually pretty good about finding the right channel. |

So is Brett Lee going to get a game or is he a spent force?
Hope the new boy Hughes kicks some butt, and Ponting starts getting a few too, his average over the past two years is low 40's. |

| Since some of you are Aussies, and everyone knows how us South Africans just absolutely hate your guts, when you play against SA rugby next time, you can watch that at Scrooge's Sports Bar in Itaewon, there behind KFC. |
