Anyone able to get around this? I've tried resetting my location, clearing cookies, and everything, but it won't let me do comments. I can upload videos with my initial comments.

I thought I could just switch countries and make it work?

Yeah, all you need to do is switch countires on the top right of the webpage.

South Korea recently made it a law to require official ID to make any posts on the internet I think.

Google didn't like this law, so they made it extremely easy to get around.
