Mate has got some wheels, hitting the south coast for a week, can possibly take bikes too.

Anyone been to Namhae Island? good places to stay, hang out, walk, swim, drink beer?

Also any other recommendations for out of the way islands which you can cycle on too?

Been to Dolsando, Heuksando, Hongdo, Jejudo, Wando, Geojedo, Jindo

Hey be careful to avoid the summer vacation rush. Everyone heads south at the end of July until the middle of August. May be more people in that part of South Korea than anywhere in Korea.

i went to sangju beach on namhae last year. it's pretty nice, but was really busy. behind the town of sangju is a mountain. we hiked up for sunrise. there's a temple at the top, it was amazing!! hike takes around 40min-1hr.
