| Most of the apartments I've seen have basic furnishing - not necessarily tasteful or brand new though. Or do you mean "serviced apartments"? |

Ya what price range are we talking here?
In general these kinds of places are way overpriced, just because someone spent a little extra time putting in furniture for you. |
