I've been living near a bar area with a high amount of pedestrian traffic. The woos are at their most frequent and loudest at around 1:50 AM, but I can still hear the occasional woo echoing from the street or in my apartment complex at any time of the day. Even my apartment manager is guilty of this: my daughter just unlocked the door by herself - WOO!!!!!
How long has this been going on? Are there more high school cheerleaders wandering the streets now than there were 4 years ago? |
