Easy to find one-way tickets from SE Asia back to Seoul?

I'm planning to spend a little over a month in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. However, if I buy a round-trip ticket then the cost goes way up after 1 month, so I'm considering just buying a one-way now and then trying to get another one-way whenever I'm done.

Is that too risky or will it be easy to find a flight (and cheap) to come back to Seoul in late January?
