Some clothing on gmarket doesn't 't seem to have a choice where you pick the size. How would you estimate the size would be in American sizes? Small? Medium?

I am talking about some dresses.

Thanks.

LOL.. yeah show us the links and we can tell you.

Usually it fits sizes 55 and 66, which are small/medium sizes.

Bought some XL long sleeve T's (luckily only about 3,500 won each) and they were tight and 3/4 length on me. I normally were L size back home.

So, now I try them on before I buy. Lesson learned. However, I have bought a lot of household things from Gmarket so I'm not pissed with them, just the skinny tall K sizing.

There are sizes - the first dress is for a bust that measures 30 *cm* (but I think they really mean inches), the green one is for 34.

They are all between 30-34 *cm* chest.

if i had to take a guess... i think the max bust measurement for non-stretchy material is about 34 inches. generally 36 for matieral with some stretch. (since the dresses you're looking at are fitted at the bust and loose on the waist and hips that's probably you're main concern). they're very cute, by the way^^

based on some of the "one-size fits all" stuff i've bought from gmarket the sizing is similar to a north american size 6.

Cute dress!

Just a heads up that if the sizes are too small there, the Korean sections of Gmarket (don't know about the English) has a section for largie sizies...

just a heads up, I know the english interface looks nice, but people offering discounts don't do it on the english interface. Look at the Korean interface for an item it includes a "click here for XXXX won discount" and if you switch to english the choice is gone.

So you might want to check the korean interface for anything you buy to compare the prices.
women's sizes I don't know but Koreans don't do vanity sizing.

guys sizes are strict when they're measured. 38 inches is 38 inches, not 40 or 42 like it might be at wal-mart back home.
A western XL, is around a 3XL Korean size.
