laugh, sweat, yoga~
Vinyasa Flow and some Kundalini yoga, mixed with balancing poses.
Adjustments offered for all levels.
Instructor is American, experienced and certified, 200 RYT, 500 IYT.
In Haebangchon at the Vedic Center...http://www.krishnakorea.com/
They let us use their worship space to do this so it'd be nice to drop a couple bucks into the donation box~ |

there's an email list and i added you to it.
there are some repairs in progress right now but with all this rain, i'm hoping the room will be good to go by thursday. |
