Since coming to Korea 3 years ago, I experience tonsal inflamation once every 2 months.
Anyone else get this just while they are in Korea?? The meds here don't seem to make it go away |

Yeah I've been here for a year and I've had a sinus infection once every 2 months or so. I didn't take antibiotics, and they went away on their own. Then, last month I suddenly got acute tonsilitis, with a fever, so I went to the hospital. Took a week of antibiotics, it went away, then it came back a week later and it took another round of antibiotics to make it go away again. I've been fine since, but I'm worried it's gonna happen again--I have no idea what causes it, and it doesn't happen to me back home. Could it be the air pollution? Different germs? Sick coworkers coming to work and spreading stuff around? I really don't know...

I get a little light headed here but I don't have any problems like that.
Are you drinking enough water? Try to get a hold of Anti-inflammatory pills that work (Advil works for me). Try to visit a big hospital instead of a local clinic if you seem to have serious problem. Most small clinic doctors are hacks in my opinion. |
