Looks like his wife iced him while on vacation.

Another one bites the dust.

Is that the best tribute you can come up with you prat!

Arturo Gatti was a fine Canadian fighter from Montreal who was the IBF world super featherweight champion. Remembered for his triology with teak tough 'Irish' Mickey Ward - he retired from the ring with a record of
41-9 (31 KOs)

If not the most talented of fighters, he was certainly one of the bravest who never ducked a challenge from featherweight all the way up to welterweight.

what I don't get is how the hell did the wife manage to strangle a professional fighter like gatti.. I mean come on..
this guy could knock of guys twice his size in a bar fight or anything like that.. how does a 23 year old petite girl manage to get a hold on him like that without him fighting her off???

Arturo always had a reputation for partying hard. He could have been in a drunken stupor at the time. What a sad way for a warrior to go out. When my son gets older I intend to show him the Gatti-Ward fights to teach him about courage and heart.

Some women are very determined (and not in a good way). You'd be surprised. Of course, there was probably more than just some strangling as well.
