I need to buy some white rip-stop nylon to build a light diffuser for photography.

Can you point me in the direction of a fabric store or market?

There's a fabric/haberdashery market at Dongdaemun. I don't know if it has the exact fabric you're looking for, but it's on the north side of Cheonggyecheon, to the west of Dongdaemun (the gate) itself. I've only been there once, maybe someone else can give more specific directions.
