Does anyone know the website of the Seoul City Hall Korean language website?

It all seems to have changed and doing a search (in both Korean and English) on the net hasn't helped. I've found the English language website (http://english.seoul.co.kr) but when I click on the 한국어 link it keeps on redirecting me to the English page again.

Is it because I'm in New Zealand and the website tries to "help" by not connecting me with the Korean page? It's a bit annoying.

Let me just add that it's now getting bloody annoying. Even doing a Korean language search and entering the Korean-language city hall website, it automatically redirects me to the English site. Clicking the language buttons would let me read it in French, Spanish or Chinese, but obviously I'm just a dumb foreigner who couldn't possibly understand Korean Confused , so the 한국어 button only gives me English.

I'm just wondering how Korean immigrants in New Zealand can enter the Korean language city hall sites.

I appreciate the Seoul government providing foreign language pages for non-Koreans, but isn't it going too far to make access to the Korean pages so difficult?

I found the answer.

Download firefox and in the preferences tab, disable java and disable javascript. Then put in the address http://seoul.go.kr/main/index.html . It doesn't have as much content as the English web page but at least the City Hall webserver won't be able to play foreigners for fools.

Thanks Skeeterses. Actually, just clicking on the link you gave got me in with no problems, and hopefully my computer will now remember it. If that fails in the future I'll try the Firefox trick. Cheers
