On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest and 1 the lowest - to all other foreigners - Do you like Korean Rice Cake? Personally I greatly dislike it. |

It is really a great snack. I say 9.5, although there are different kinds of rice cake. Some being better than others. |

Depends on the type of rice cake. I like the balls with honey and sesame seeds insids and the half moon shaped cakes with the ground sweetened soy beans in it. I especially hate the stuff that looks like it's covered with dirt.
I would say about a 7 |

It's so-so. The thing I hate about it, though, is having it foisted upon you like it's the greatest thing in the world. That is what I hate about rice cake. Not the snack itself. |

For the record guys/girls it is a really a good snack to improvise a in
between meal.
Especially if you are really hungry. It kills the hunger pain real quick.
Okay, it is a starch. However, great tasting if you select the right ones.
That is the secret! Selecting the right ones. Up to you lot. 1000 won or
2000 won here for selecting the right kind. Very much like fish, bread or
cake. |

Ddeok taste. Good. 7
The sound Koreans make when they eat ddeok. Bad. 1
(When I eat ddeok, I can't get the picture of an ajumma smacking her lips while eating ddeok. Lowers my mashiseoyo score.)
Overall score: 3.5 |
