They are not talking torrent file-sharing here. They are talking about direct, downloadable links to popular (Korean) music on websites visited by thousands or maybe millions of users.
Try posting direct download links to popular American pop songs, on a big U.S. site and see what happens. You'll likely get your butt sued off by the RIAA, rather than a "strike". |
