Returning back to North America and looking for an interested person to rent on behalf of our landlord.

The house is located two blocks south of Yeoksam Station and minutes away from a bus stop that will get you easily anywhere.

Pictures include a shot of the smallest bedroom, living room/kitchen, and bathroom all located on the 5th floor. The 6th floor has another small suite that has been used as a bedroom but has kitchen space and a second bathroom as well as a deck for access to the rooftop for BBQ parties or late night relaxing in the humid air that is Seoul.

This house has card-lock access for security and CCTV. 30 Pyeong (~1050 square feet) of total space.

It is one that you have to see.

The landlady is currently asking for key money in the neighborhood of 20,000,000 million won and 1,700,000 won per month in rent but the rent is negotiable dependent on the key money you'd like to deposit. (If you are new to Korea contact me and I'll explain exactly what key money is).
She was also willing to allow me to pay LESS when I moved in and I topped it up during the term of the contract...
