Hi,

Is hair dye sold in Korea? I'm a 26 year old who started going grey at 16. It is essential!

It is widely available. You'll find Korean brands in all the cosmetic shops, convenience stores, and larger discount department stores. You'll also find Loreal (two or three different lines) in the discount department stores (E-Mart, Lotte Mart, Home Plus) and cosmetic stores like Watson's and Olive Young. It'll run you about 10,000KRW a box. If you're a lighter color you'll likely have a hard time finding something. But, if you can do dark brown or black you'll be fine.
