I thought it would be good to exchange information on the benefits you get by working at university. Not all schools are the same but they do not diverge that much.

Does anyone know if there is a book that outlines all these benefits?

At My School:
1. You can carry overtime over to the next semester ( example: 12 hour a week schedule but if you work 14 hours the first semester you can work only 10 then next if you want). The pay for OT sucks and I dont want to do it so that is what will do next semmester.

2. KTPF You can borrow a % of your contributions for education or a mortgage.

3. Professors kids get subsidized university education.

4. 2-6 million for publishishing in a journal or publishing a book.

5. Cash for presentations at conferences.

6. *Ideas*??????????? Please list them here.
