Maybe, but some of the best ESL teachers I've ever met in over 20 years here have cycled through the place. Get in, get the experience and the name on your CV, and move on to greener pastures.
Last I heard, they were one of the few university programs that would hire MA holders directly from overseas. Then again, that might be because they can't get enough experienced teachers from inside Korea since they gutted the pay scale some years back. |
