What's the deal on this thing? Is it a drag show or is it just a bunch of male strippers. Is it actually on the homo hill, is there a link to information?

I'm all for checking a funny burlesque drag queen act but would rather not walk into a seedy situation.

Does anyone want to admit actually going to this thing? Drag queens put on kickass shows at times, plus it would add some variety to my Korean experience.

PM me if you're insecure.

is the place in the basement with a small stage? lots of drag queens in there.. but never (thankfully) saw any male strippers.

usually the ladyboys flirt for about 5 minutes trying to get you to buy them drinks.. and when they realize you're too cheap and uninterested.. they move on to other customers..

its not a bad place to duck in for a beer though.. and seems to be popular among a few korean girls hanging out in the place.. (never had the luck to talk to any of the idle girls hanging around however)..

I'm curious about the show. Is there a drag show or is it a ladyboy/gay bar only type thing?

That particular bar/club, I've yet to see any of the drag queens on the stage.. but there is a stage and a microphone setup.. the girls (boys) do go back stage from time to time.. but yet to see them perform/sing..

I've yet to hit the place at primetime (midnight or whatever).. maybe its quite the spectacle if I had.. (tend to go for a beer really late at night after exhausting myself of everywhere else)..

Trance... a little up the hill on the left downstairs. Every Sat night at 2am they have a drag/transgender show... not seedy, good for a bit of a laugh.... specially if you speak Korean. Last time I went it was only 10,000 won too... beer included

There's a sligtly less raunchy cabaret at Heaven Bar, not on the hill. More of a comedy act. Two blocks down the side street from Gecko's towards the antiques district.

Heaven isnt a gay bar, its a bar that plays music from musicals and is decorated art deco style. The cabaret there is just singing, dancing and some comedy. Up homo hill is transexuals and transvestites doing it.
