I'm looking for something with a key deposit of 1.5 or under, and 400,000 a month or less.

My ideal apartment is a rooftop, and I would like to move in towards the end of August. If you know of something coming up in that area between now and then, let me know. I live in Busan, but have two friends living nearby that could check it out for me.

I would also prefer for there to be parking nearby and windows are a plus. If you have furniture, I may take that too, depending on what it is.

I live by Noksapyeong. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a bathtub and a nice size kitchen. It's a half basement. I paid 2 mil KRW for the key money and 450,000 a month for rent. It only came with cooking burners, air conditioner and a washing machine. I furnished the rest myself.
I think you'll be hard pressed to find anything less expensive unless you share with roommates...

Im house hunting as well and Ive spoken with Mandy. She currently has a rooftop apartment available. They are currently asking for 5 mil key monty and 300,000 a month. Maybe the will work with you.

why are rooftop apartments so cheap? from the ones i've seen, i'd love to have one.

I have an apt available in Noksapyung right behind Thunderburger.

Its a 3 bdrm. 5 mil down 700,000 a month. Its on the second floor, so u have the roof to urself.

If you get a room mate, you'd only be paying 350,000/month. We're moving out on the 1st of August so we need the person to sublet for a month and then resign for a year afterwards.
