The sticky on pension in this forum is useless. The link is broken, the website is confusing and it's not possible to get a password even after you navigate the korean webpage on National Pension Service.

I had my assistant call NPS and she found an English speaking representative who is fantastic and gave me all the information I needed to know after I gave her my ARC.

Her number is 02-2176-8707.
