|
|
Hi Everyone,
I have just found out about the EPT festival on the 15th August and would really like to go. I was wondering if anyone else was going?
I am living in Deokjeong area and would ideally like to find someone to go with before buying tickets as am only new here!
Thanks

So far, the website states NIN (Nine Inch Nails), Limp Bizkit (wow, memory flash), and Keane. I'm sure there will be a lot more Korean bands such as Pia and/or Nell.

I'm having difficulty understanding the ticket price structure...what's up with all the seemingly-different prices? I only get about a third of the Korean on the site.
thanks! |

First row of pricing is if you buy the tickets before 8/10. The discounted price is if you use the "Seo Taeji Shinhan Card" to purchase the tickets.
The second row is if you buy them after the 10th.
The third row of prices is for people under 19 years old.
I think |

So is everyone else.
They are literally GIVING AWAY tickets to the Pentaport festival right now. It's going to be a slow, agonizing death for the people that crossed the gal in charge of Jisan. |

You said it, you look at the line ups, its not even a contest. I guess Prodigy is coming in September now? Korea is starting to get some decent acts to show up |

I think you are dreaming. The only bands that show up here are ones
that have done gigs in Japan and China and are coming here as an
afterthought. Korea is still 99% wrapped up in syrupy, puerile, teenie-
bopper garbage for big acts to make any money.
I remember someone interviewed the Stones in Shanghai and asked
them why they never come to Korea. They basically just laughed, rolled
their eyes and took the next question. |
