So i FINALLY got my CBC back and it lists a dismissed misdemeanor on it...it was dismissed and supposedly exponged. Will this be counted against me at the Visa interview??

| misdemeanor - malicious use of a telecommunications device. I listed someones phone number online, albeit not knowing that was illegal. It was online for 20 minutes.... |

| How bout getting another one done on the state level....a state that you didn't commit your malicious crime in....some states are easier than others to get it done in....Hawaii seems easy enough....10 day turn around....only hawaii arrests and you don't have to provide a licese number or anything |

| Hawaii doesn't ask for a drivers license and all you have to show immigration is your passport...this is the route I'm going because of the same issue...Hawaii's seems really easy to get |
