Hi,
Here is a follow up question.
Does anybody know exactly what paperwork is required when going to the pension office to cash in a pension?
thanks. |

I've received my pension the last few years. From what I remember, you needed a paper from your hakwon (although I've been told that my public school does not have to give me paperwork..anyone know about this?),
airline ticket, passport, bank info for where you will send the money, and ARC. |

I went last year (I worked for a Public school) and took them my ARC card, my plane ticket home and a voided cheque (for my account back home). If you want the money deposited here you can take your bank book instead of the voided cheque.
I filled out a paper and handed it to them. They printed up how much I would be paid in won and wrote the date it would be paid by and I left. Pretty easy process. |

Lucky buggers. Us Brits have to pay this and not get a penny back till we retire. |
