I've got an early flight for my break and don't trust being able to get to the airport in the morning from Seoul.
Do you know if IIA has the usual variety of yogwans nearby, either walking distance or quick cab ride? I've been to IIA but damned if I can remember what the area looked like.
Thannks.

Go to the accomodation information people at the airport and tell them what you want. My friend got a kickass suite in a yeogwan for 35,000 won, and a free ride there in a courtesy bus. (the suite was a free upgrade from a standard coz it was quiet). Tell them how much you want to spend and they'll hook you up.

You can sleep in the basement jimjjilbang at IIA for less than W10,000. Open 24/7.

I stayed at Incheon Guest House and was very pleased. About W30,000, new and clean facilities, free airport shuttle, and a nice owner.

If interested, PM me for contact info.

It's more of a sauna than a jjimjilbang. And it is EXACTLY 10,000won, not less than =) Which is really really expensive for a sauna. But damn cheap for a place to sleep. I was there in early July and slept for about 5 hours, it was cool except the dude who was in charge kept trying to wake me up. The sleeping room is a really good size compared to most saunas and jjimjilbangs I've been to.

I thought it was excellent. I seem to remember on some thread Swiss James said it was the worst he'd ever been to.. either they've changed it since he went there or there are a hell load of awesome saunas up in Seoul and Incheon which ye don't get down south. I thought it was a good place.

Oh also, there is a woman's sauna there too now. I think in the past it used to be just men, but its been expanded now.

Is there a place to sleep undisturbed or not? I've never actually been.

Well in theory its undisturbed, but the guy was worried about me missing my plane or something. I guess I should have told him when I had to leave then he wouldn't have bothered me. The sleeping room was really big and there were only 3 other people in there max when I was there so it was a good place to sleep.

It was in operation yesterday afternoon. I saw it while I was wandering around on a 4 hour layover. It was open for business.
