Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows this niche... my first ESL job paid me more than any first year salary I'd heard of because I majored in English at an Ivy League school. My resume was already on their brochures before I arrived, they hung my diploma behind their front desk, and my boss mentioned me in every parent meeting possible (he didn't care that I didn't know squat about teaching english, and that I ended up most effective when working with the lowest elementary classes), but then I got transferred to another branch because they found a Harvard MA for their flagship school, no shit.
Anyway, I am looking for such a job in Busan or downtown Seoul, does anyone know of recruiters who might be ideal?
Or does anyone know a recruiter who works with schools with alternative programs... ie, not just TOEFL, but incorporating video/web/art/etc... more of an american college prep perspective, possible?
I know there is usually little order in any recruiter's portfolio, but if anyone knows such a recruiter I'd be much obliged, thank you |
