Had no luck finding a workable copy on the Internet so far - plus, even if I do, I doubt I have the skills to get it installed and working properly on my laptop.

Does anyone have a legit copy I can, um, rent for a few minutes - get it installed all legit-like on my computer? There will be some grub/beverage in it for you.

I'm in Seoul near Gangnam Station, but could travel to you anywhere in Seoul to get this done - the sooner the better.

Thanks.
Lee

Mac files are so easy to install, even easier than on a PC. You just download the program from pirate bay or demonoid than double click the thing. You might need to type a serial number that is posted in a text file and your finished.

I was a professional photographer for 12 years before going to uni and then coming to Korea and still use photoshop regularly. Adobe have changed the way that photoshop registars and operates now, in order to try and stem illegal downloads. It is no good just having the disk and a valid license key, as the software now demands that it is registared on Adobe servers. It will work fine with a fake key the first couple of times, but as soon as you open it while you have an internet connection, it will block the software. There are some ways around this, but Im not sure how to do it. But don't waste your time getting a legit copy off someone else and trying to use their Keygen, unless they have paid the money for a multi user license, as you can only use the key for the same amount of licenses that you have bought.

If I was you though, as you work in a school, you can get a student edition of the software for a reputable supplier for about 20% of the origonal price. I think its about $200 or so. This would be a fully working copy. Adobe have cornered the market in protecting this software as I have found out to my cost in the past.

you should be able to find a working copy op. generally pirated stuff on macs are easier to install because there is less messing around with copied exes and all that and the same is true for photoshop. i have a copy of cs3 on my macbook that has never had problems. granted you can't update them, but whenever a big update comes out you can always download the latest copy.

don't know what the policy is on linking, but if you search any big torrent site you should be able to find a copy. just make sure to dig through the comments and see if there are any problems with that particular copy.

You can try open source software like Gimp or seashore. It may not be as comprehensive as photoshop but its free and you don't run into legal problems.

Check them out here:

I don't know if Mac uses adobe .pdf reader or not, but NEVER allow that spyware program on your computer. It's now advanced tattle programming for Adobe. It will search your machine for other adobe software and disable it if it's not legit.
